Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, the epitome of Arabian waterfront luxury, is an oasis in the heart of the Emirates. The restaurant’s culinary team have reimagined the menu with new flavourful insertions including Braised AUS Abalone, Braised Lobster Noodle in Supreme Broth and Teriyaki Chile Silver Cod fillet. The menu still retains classic favourites such as the Roasted Beijing Duck, Black Pepper Beef and Sesame Prawn Toast with Foie Gras.

Moreover, the Chinese restaurant enhanced their experience with the addition of the tea master, to entertain the guests with his acrobatic skills in pouring the tea without spilling a drop.

Another highlight is the new sharing concept at Bord Eau. Bord Eau launches a revamped menu featuring French favourites and an all-new sharing platter concept.Using only the freshest ingredients and traditional recipes with a modern twist, the award-winning French restaurant continues to create unique dining experiences for the residents of the capital.

The new sharing platter concept comes with two main options; ‘From the Land’ and ‘From the Sea’. the ‘From the Sea’ platter inculdes Grilled Lobster with Tarragon Choron sauce, Salt Water Pranws with Salsa Verde, Bordeaux Bay Scallops with Cauliflower Remoulade and Brittany sauce, and Mediterranean Bass with Artichoke Barigoule.

The ‘From the Land’ platter includes Angus Beef Chateaubriand with Bordelaise sauce, Half Rotiserie Chicken with Chermoula Sauce, Leg of Lamb with Maitre d Hotel butter, Braised Short Ribs Bourguignon and Bone Marrow.
