Mr. Atta is a Businessman in Abu Dhabi since 1974 and a member of Egyptian Businessmen Board. He started his career as a professional in Information Technology working for a multi-national NCR Corporation for 17 years initially positioned in Kuwait in 1970 before being transferred to the United Arab Emirates, where clients included many organizations in the fields of Banking, Government and Oil & Gas.

His vast experience in the corporate world and his educational background in Mathematics, Computer Science and Finance helped him set-up his business in 1986 where he established Management and Shareholder relationship with many local and international parties.

Later on, Mr. Atta pursued numerous business ventures in the UAE, Arabian Gulf States, Egypt and the Middle East/Africa in various fields for many years since 1986 until now.

In our interview we talk to Mr. Atta about Al Diwan, a real-estate company building one of the premium projects called the Villar Residence, which is strategically located within New Cairo City.

Al Diwan for Real Estate is an Egyptian shareholding company founded in 1996. Its first Project is Villar Residence and Mr. Hamdi Atta is the majority shareholder of Al Diwan for Real Estate. The sturdy and reliable strength of the Board behind the project adds additional confidence to investors and stakeholders.

This first-rate residential compound took years of carefully detailed planning and was designed and created by the expertise of a team of leading architects, landscape designers and civil engineers, to guarantee the development’s success.
