‘Alternative Energy’ – new themed activity at the Bahrain Science Centre

Manama: Bahrain Science Centre, a part of the Ministry of Social Development, is in preparation for the arrival of the ‘Energy’ exhibition under the new theme for the month of May and June 2014 ‘Alternative Energy’.

The goal of this theme, which will comprise temporary exhibitions, demonstrations, workshops, discussions and talks, is to generate debate on sources of energy other than fossil fuels.

The temporary exhibition will comprise several elements. Prize-winning models on the topic of ‘Alternative Energy’ from the Arabian Pearl Gulf School in Bahrain will be displayed together with working models and experiments on alternative energy developed by the staff of the Bahrain Science Centre.

The displays will be interactive and will allow visitors to experiment with, and learn more about, different forms of energy.
