The electric vehicle (EV) market is buzzing with innovation, and the 2024 Geely Geometry C arrives combining sleek design, impressive performance, and advanced technology. I recently had the opportunity to take the Geometry C for a spin and found it a comfortable drive.

The Geometry C’s exterior is a harmonious blend of futuristic design and practical functionality. The double colour body and sleek LED headlamps, which feature auto on-off capabilities, add to its modern aesthetic. The panoramic sunroof is a standout feature, providing an open, airy feel that enhances the driving experience. 

Stepping inside the Geometry C, you are greeted with a cabin that’s both luxurious and tech-savvy. The interior boasts leather seat trims and a multifunction steering wheel, providing comfort and control at your fingertips. The driver’s seat offers six-way electric adjustment with memory function, ensuring an ergonomic driving position for drivers of all sizes.

The 12.3-inch infotainment display is the heart of the car’s tech suite. The Bose sound system, featuring eight speakers and a subwoofer, delivers an immersive audio experience. Ambient lighting adjustable to various colours enhances the interior’s mood, making each drive a personalized experience.

Under the hood, the Geometry C packs a punch with a 201-horsepower electric motor delivering 310 Nm of torque. The car offers two battery options: a 53-kWh battery providing a driving range of 350 km, and a 70 kWh battery extending the range to 460 km. These figures make the Geometry C a practical choice for both daily commutes and longer journeys.

On the road, the Geometry C’s performance is impressive. The acceleration is smooth and instant, typical of electric vehicles, making it responsive and fun to drive. The electric powertrain ensures a quiet and serene driving experience, while the vehicle’s low centre of gravity, thanks to the battery placement, enhances handling and stability.

Geely has equipped the Geometry C with a comprehensive suite of safety and driver assistance features to ensure that safety is never compromised. The Geometry C doesn’t skimp on convenience either. It features a smart key with passive entry and start, an electric parking brake with auto hold, and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). The rear and front parking sensors, combined with the 360° camera, make manoeuvring in tight spaces a breeze. For added comfort, the car includes an auto AC system and front seat ventilation, ensuring a pleasant environment regardless of the weather.
